Bradmann Areas
The brain is an incredibly complex part of the body. It's basic function is to interact with the world around the person as well as dealing with internal states. In addition there is an incredible amount of internal processing of signals with the other parts of the brain. Scientists spend a life time beginning to understand it's work.

The Brodmann Areas, are seen representing diffeent areas of the brain, with varied functions. These are general representations, but help to localize and understand how the brain works. These correspond relatively well to the scalp locations for EEG recording. Interior cortical regions may be hypothetically viewed with LORETA, in 3D.
